This Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for purchases made through Spinloom. By placing an order on Spinloom, you agree to the terms below.
Spinloom is a marketplace for lower-waste clothing, featured brand drops, and future Spinloom releases. Some products may come from third-party brands or suppliers, and return eligibility may depend on the product type, condition, and fulfillment rules that apply to that item.
Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, unless the item is marked as final sale, non-returnable, or otherwise excluded from returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in the same condition that you received it. Items should include original tags, labels, packaging, and any included accessories where applicable.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, contact us at vb@spinloom.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return.
If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions for sending the item back. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by mistake.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method when returning items. Spinloom is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, delayed, damaged, or delivered to the wrong address by the carrier.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible at vb@spinloom.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, exchange, refund, or other solution depending on the issue, product availability, and applicable consumer protection requirements.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned. Non-returnable items may include final sale items, gift cards, worn or washed clothing, damaged items caused by customer handling, customized products, hygiene-sensitive products, and any item clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
If you are unsure whether an item can be returned, contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be available depending on stock, product type, size availability, and supplier rules. The fastest way to get a different item is usually to return the original item if eligible, then place a new order once the return is approved.
We cannot guarantee that the replacement size, color, or product will still be available by the time your return is received and reviewed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, payment provider, Shopify, or other payment services involved in the transaction.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, only a partial refund may be granted. This may apply if an item is returned damaged, missing tags, missing packaging, showing signs of wear, or otherwise not returned in its original eligible condition.
Shipping costs, duties, customs fees, transaction fees, and other non-product charges may not be refundable unless required by law or unless the return is caused by our error.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has been approved but you have not received it yet, first check your bank account or payment account again. Then contact your credit card company, bank, or payment provider, as processing times can vary.

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has started processing, been fulfilled, or been shipped.
If cancellation is possible and payment has already been captured, we will arrange a refund to the original payment method where applicable.
Final Sale Items
Final sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or unless a refund is required by applicable law.
Final sale status may be shown on the product page, during promotions, or at checkout.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by applicable law.
International Orders
For international orders, customers may be responsible for return shipping, duties, taxes, customs charges, and any other fees related to returning the item.
Original duties, taxes, customs fees, and shipping charges may not be refundable through Spinloom. You may need to contact your local customs authority for questions about duty or tax refunds.
Policy Updates
Spinloom may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect operational changes, supplier requirements, legal requirements, or business updates. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
